What do I need to bring to my appointment?
New York State residents are required to provide one of the following documents before we can schedule an appointment listed below.
- Prescription referral from a NYS licensed doctor.
- A letter from NYS licensed Attorney.
- A court order from a judge.
All testing participants must walk with their state identification (e.g. driver license passport or birth certificate).
Children under age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by legal guardian to consent to DNA Testing.
What is the method of DNA sample collection?
All DNA samples are collected by buccal cheek swab. Blood sample collection is viable option with the same accuracy as cheek swab collection but are more invasive, painful and expensive.
